Classes guided by Coach Cara help you stay strong, flexible, and active. They run Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10:30–11:30 a.m.
Designed for anyone 50 or older, exercises are scaled to all ability levels. No prior experience is required. Your first 3 classes are free; after that, membership is $125/month.
Employer or insurance programs like ClassPass, GymPass, Renew Active (UHC), and Silver&Fit may help reduce or cover your membership fees entirely.
